Have a Valid CDL Class A Pennsylvania Driver’s License

Pass Drug and Alcohol Screening

Demonstrate Mechanical abilities

Experience working with Light, Medium and Heavy Construction Equipment

Follow directions and safety practices, communicate and work well with others and the public, on-call for emergencies and occasional overtime when necessary, ability to climb a ladder, standing, squatting, heavy lifting, physical labor and working in adverse weather. Applicant must be able to see, hear, walk, stand, reason, and solve problems.

Have a willingness to learn and be instructed.

High School Graduate or GED 

Successful applicant will be supervising employee(s), plowing snow, raking and repairing roads, installing signs and culvert pipe, clean ditches, drive single and dual axle trucks, and heavy equipment (if qualified), operate chainsaws, weed whackers, pumps, hand and air tools, shovels, rakes and a broom. Applicant will be involved in grant projects, including assisting in estimating costs and administering the project.

Vacation:  5 days after 1 year of service, negotiable....
